No. You pay the same price as walking into our Niti Khand shop. The visit itself is free within our service area — you only pay for the repair.
Is my data safe?
Your device never leaves your table. You don't have to hand over your unlock code for most repairs, and nothing is backed up, copied or reset without you asking for it.
How long does a repair take?
Screen and battery jobs are usually done in 30 to 45 minutes. Charging ports, cameras and speakers take a little longer. Water damage and motherboard work need the workshop, and we'll tell you the timeline before starting.
What if the part isn't in stock?
Tell us your exact model when you book. If the part has to be ordered, we'll say so upfront and give you a date rather than sending a technician out for nothing.
Do you give a warranty?
Yes. Parts we fit carry a warranty, and the period is written on the bill you get after the repair. Bring that bill back if anything goes wrong with the replaced part.
How do I pay?
UPI, card or cash, after the repair is done and you've tested the device.
